Helpful Mattress Information

Adjustment Period

Normally it takes your body several weeks to get used to the feel and support of your new mattress set. It can take a while for the new materials and comfort layers to conform.

Body Impression

The padding and support layers of modern mattresses start to settle and conform immediately. The supportive ability of the comfort layers does not change as a result of this setting. Body impressions are a normal part of this settling and conforming process, and will reduce over time when the layers are given time to settle to their normal height. Body impressions up to 1 ?” are common with new mattresses.
