Packaged and delivered within our local trading area to your front door
- You do not need to be home
- We provide a 2 hour window as a reminder of your drop off the night before delivery. This is subject to change.
- 7AM – 6PM delivery windows
- Track your shipment via our website or Link sent via text.
- All items will be delivered to the front door or garage of your home, similar to FedEx or UPS shipments.
- Please have driveways and walkways cleared for safe delivery.
- Apartments, Town homes, and Condos will be delivered to the first floor lobby or loading dock.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
- Placement of furniture inside your home, or into specific rooms of your home, condo or apartment.
- Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
- Removal of packing materials
- Recycling of packing materials

- We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture
- Create a clear path and cover exposed floors on day of delivery
You have 3 days to live with your new furniture and alert us of any damages or defects.
Customer pickup is available at our Liverpool Distribution Center.

VEHICLE SIZE AND TYPE:
Please bring an appropriate vehicle for your furniture pickup. We will not be responsible for unsafe loads.
Monday through Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Have your invoice number ready.
Call 315-579-3390 on the day of pick up at least one hour in advance.
If you do not call ahead, you may experience a wait.
Merchandise will be reserved on the day of pickup only
Items picked up at our Distribution Center may require assembly and will be in their unopened factory packaging.
