With a fabric seat and fully upholstered back in a lovely neutral color, the wood finish is in a serene gray beige applied to lightly sand-blasted walnut veneer for a textured look. A loose-pillow back adds extra comfort, and the splayed front legs add extra flair. Elixir is a casual contemporary collection that, like its name implies, exudes a feeling of comfort, simplicity and well-being. While Elixir has crisp, clean lines, character and visual interest are also achieved through the use of texture. Textural interest comes from the use of lightly sand-blasted walnut veneer, light texture applied to the metal elements along with a hand-carved texture added to the surface of select pieces such as the oval mirror and the round dining table. The buffet offers a beautiful carved starburst pattern on the doors.
